Fleet Dispatch ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use the Fleet Dispatch mobile application ("App").
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. Your organisation administrator may also store your name and role.
Trip Data: The App stores trip information including customer names, phone numbers, pickup and dropoff addresses, booking references, trip schedules, passenger counts, and trip notes. This data is entered by your organisation's dispatchers.
Usage Data: We collect analytics data about how you interact with the App, including screens visited, actions taken (e.g. trip creation, driver assignment), and feature usage. This is collected via Firebase Analytics.
Crash Data: If the App crashes, we collect diagnostic information including device type, operating system version, and crash stack traces via Firebase Crashlytics. This helps us identify and fix bugs.
Device Information: We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, and app version for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.
Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to Google Cloud infrastructure.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data in the following circumstances:
Within Your Organisation: Trip data and driver information are shared between members of the same organisation as required for dispatch operations.
Service Providers: We use Google Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics) to operate the App. Google processes data in accordance with their privacy policies.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trip data is retained for the duration required by your organisation. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems. Anonymised analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
